The law firm is pleased to congratulate Daniel J. Van Loh who was named to the Minnesota Rising Stars list for 2012. Rising Stars are selected by a three-fold process. A general survey is taken asking lawyers to nominate attorneys they have personally observed who are either under 40 years of age or have been practicing 10 years or less. Then a research team reviews the credentials of the potential candidates and the point totals are added to arrive at a final tally. No more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are named to the list.
