Molly began working for Deckert Law,  P.A. in 2009 as a law clerk and then joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2010 after her graduation from the University of Minnesota Law School. She is a 2007 honors graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, where she double-majored in history and religious studies. While at the University of Minnesota Law School, Molly was a managing editor of the University of Minnesota Law Review and a student director for the Child Advocacy Clinic. Molly is licensed to practice law in both Minnesota and California.

Molly practices in the areas of probate, real estate and she also assists clients with guardianships and conservatorships. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, cooking, finding interesting coffee shops and playing with her dogs.
